| Key Responsibilities & Required Skills | Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Oracle APEX applications, utilizing advanced components such as interactive grids, RESTful web services, and dynamic actions for optimized user experiences. Develop and maintain robust PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers, applying expert-level SQL tuning and database optimization techniques to ensure application efficiency and scalability. Integrate Oracle APEX applications with external systems through RESTful and SOAP web services, and manage data exchange via JSON or XML formats. Customize Oracle APEX UI beyond standard templates using advanced JavaScript techniques for responsive and intuitive web apps Implement best practices for source control (Git), code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines within DevOps. Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting across the full stack: Database, APEX, and front-end. Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation including architecture, system design, and impact analysis.
