Job Description
• Configure/Upgrade Enterprise solution along with client specific components involved in upgrade.
• Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) to ensure technical readiness of the solution/upgrade for production
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
• Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practices
Experience
• 4 to 9 years of experience in Healthcare IT
• 4 to 9 years hands on experience in Enterprise EHR Upgrades
Must Have
• Experience in performing Enterprise upgrades with EHR Accounts
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.
• Experience with MS-SQL
• T-SQL, Query Analyzer knowledge
• Knowledge of writing / debugging stored procedures
• Troubleshooting T-SQL code
Good to have
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge/Experience of Enterprise EHR
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.
